Yes. Style Bites provides styling for vacant properties only. The property must be fully vacated and ready before our installation team arrives.

All cleaning, painting, repairs, renovations and trade work should be completed before styling day. This allows our team to create the best possible presentation for photography and inspections.

If the property is not vacant or ready for installation, the styling may need to be rescheduled. Additional labour, delivery or rescheduling charges may apply.

Yes. Photography can usually be scheduled on the same day, provided enough time is allowed for our team to complete the installation and final styling.

No. As long as suitable access has been arranged, you do not need to be present. We can also coordinate access with your real estate agent where required.

No. Style Bites does not offer individual furniture or décor selection by request. Our experienced styling team carefully selects the most suitable pieces for each property based on its space, layout, style and target market.

Our furniture and décor are supplied specifically for property presentation and are not intended for everyday use. All items should be treated with care throughout the styling hire period.

We recommend keeping all furniture, artwork and décor in the position arranged by our stylists. Each piece is placed intentionally to enhance the presentation, photography and flow of the property.

Please contact Style Bites as soon as possible if any furniture, artwork or décor is damaged, lost or missing. Any applicable charges will be handled in accordance with your styling agreement.

Congratulations. Simply let us know when the furniture is no longer required and we will arrange collection. The original styling fee remains unchanged if the property sells before the agreed hire period ends.

Your property styling can generally be extended, subject to availability. Contact us before your hire period expires and we will confirm the applicable extension charges.

Yes. Property styling extensions can generally be arranged on a weekly basis, subject to availability and the terms of your styling agreement.

Simply contact the Style Bites team once the styling furniture is no longer required. We will arrange a suitable collection date with you or your real estate agent.

No. You do not need to be present as long as suitable access to the property has been arranged.

Please let us know as early as possible if settlement, access or another circumstance delays collection. Additional hire charges may apply if the furniture remains at the property beyond the agreed styling period.

Selected Style Bites furniture and décor may be available for purchase. Property owners and buyers are welcome to enquire before collection, and our team can confirm availability and pricing.

Once payment has been finalised, purchased pieces can remain at the property. Our team will collect all remaining Style Bites furniture and décor.
